What we collect
- Account details: when you create an account, your name, email address and (optionally) organisation. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; we can't read it.
- Saved plans: the seasons, capacity and calendar figures you choose to save.
- Session cookie: one essential cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms against forgery. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we don't collect
Figures you enter on the planner without saving are sent to our server only to calculate results and are not stored. Share links keep your figures inside the link itself.
The assistant
Questions you send to the ColdFlow Assistant, along with the page you're on and any plan figures on screen, are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate an answer. Conversations are kept only in your browser tab, not on our servers.
How we use it
To run your account, show your saved plans, and keep the service secure. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it except with the hosting and database providers that run ColdFlow, or where the law requires.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete individual plans, or delete your account and all saved plans at any time from Account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
